changed top navigation bar theme
added jumbotron (front page text area)
added About page (linking out from jumbotron)
added cards linking to (presentations, publications, and projects) (projects page will be added in another PR)
spanned News widget to full page length
shrank and simplified Youtube embed

Please review the simplified layout based on our discussions so far. It can serve as a base look and feel change and we can iterate to improve it over subsequent discussions.
