Enhance Author Attribution: Add Profile Links and Images for Blog Posts #193

Currently, blog posts on the site do not link the author's name to their profile, and the author's profile image is not displayed. This enhancement will:

Add clickable links to each author's profile page.
Display the author's profile image next to their name.
