Update README.md + fix bug introduced into ci #91

@vgvassilev This PR fixes a bug I introduced into the Ubuntu part of the CI with my last PR, which only showed by after merging, plus I update the build instructions in the README to match CppInterOp

@vgvassilev The CI passed all tests, and the bug which arose when the last PR was merged didn't occur, so i think this can be merged now.
