Closes #103

To get these updated files, I:

exported as SVG from Figma and made it bigger using svgviewer.dev to use as icon.svg
exported as PNG from Figma with 4x selected to use as apple-touch-icon.png
used ImageMagick to create the .ico file - magick convert -density 256 -background transparent icon.svg -define icon:auto-resize -colors 256 favicon.ico
