The plan is for us to use this branch as a base for the tasks in #67.

Devs should preview PRs locally since we won't get Netlify previews for PRs based off this branch. (Our Netlify settings are currently set to only build previews for PRs targeting main, and for this feature, we don't want to worry about changing that). We still have the preview site for this branch and will be able to see the changes as PRs are merged into this branch.
