Misspelling on the About page #240

"Principals" is misspelled on the Recent Work ODS section in the phrase, "Mobility Data Interoperability Prinicpals (MDIP)." In this case, the correct spelling is "Principles." I double checked on https://www.interoperablemobility.org/.
