Since we are going with the no-analysis branch. It's better to merge it into master?

For the general repackaging (first milestone) here's what needs to be done.

Rename this repo (to Neptune.jl)
Update the Project.toml(Name, UUID etc.)
Add your name to the LICENSE (since we have forked the exact same license, there shouldn't be any problems with the MIT license)

Could you add me as a collaborator so that I can look into the repo settings and setup basic stuff like GitHubActions, enable the issues etc.
