I think with https://github.com/compleathorseplayer/Neptune.jl/pull/10 this is no longer needed?

Hi. I'm Sorry, but I am a bit out of my depth here. If I merged this, would it conflict with #10? I am not even sure what 'base' branch means - does it mean the original or latest merged version (here, #10)? If I did this, how would I get (assign?) the version number and run Registry.jl?
