Neptune.run(run_notebook_on_load=true) doesn't work for me. When I select my notebook in the list of recent files, there’s an error saying the file can’t be opened. If I omit run_notebook_on_load=true, the notebook opens correctly.

run_notebook_on_load=true
I'm on macOS, Julia 1.6.3, Safari.
FWIW, same error with Chrome:
