session management deleting needs a progress indicator #309

Deleting a large number of sessions at once from the session management screen currently allows the user to still interact with the data while it is deleting. A large number of sessions could take a bit to delete. We should probably show a progress bar or at least prevent interaction with the sort and filter mechanism while currently deleting sessions.
