This PR hosts RC changes for the stable release (6.0.0)
Issues:
[x] Data from previous install seems to be present. Need to verify.
[x] If all session exports error, this should not be a fatal error since this will squash the error details (you'll get "no data available to export")
[x] On the overview screen, chart observations is cut off because the charts aren't tall enough
[x] When server contains NC generates sessions AND server generated sessions, export can't happen (missing parameters)
[x] Resetting app data does not correctly reset the app's knowledge of which protocols are (were) installed.
[x] Add "delete all" and "delete selected" contextual options to case management screen
[x] revise ID column names in CSV export (edgeID, nodeID, egoID, etc). and ideally sequence each from 1
