Conjugation for Szego maps ignore conformal centre. #32

When creating exterior map via ctranspose, there should be a point contained by the closed curve, the conformal centre of the interior map, that serves as the pre image of the point at infinity for conjugate inversion. The defaults have worked well for past examples because we've always just had the origin contained by the closed curve.
