Rename `orderbook-contract` directory to `orderbook-registry` #85

The logic behind of renaming orderbook-contract directory to orderbook-registry is to increase clarity. The orderbook-contract directory only has logic for registering markets.

Renaming this directory also makes it so that we don't have a directory with the same name as the repository.

After some thought, it might be best to rename to market-registry instead of orderbook-registry.
