no peptide or spectrum display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I couldn't reproduce the same error. After this error display error 
(attached) nothing on spectrum viewer and denovo peptides. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is some spectra and peptides as in the example denovoGUI output 
file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Denovo1.2.3, Windows 7

Thanks for reporting your issue with DeNovoGUI. We have tried to reproduce the 
error but have failed to do so. Please let us know if you see the problem again 
and are able to reproduce it on a specific dataset.

Hi Harald,
Thank you for looking at the GUI issue. We are getting the same error for
all our .out files. Do you think an .out file from us will help you guys
for figuring out the problem?

Yes, if you could send us one of the .out files causing problems on your side 
that would be great. We will then try to reproduce the problem on our side. We 
would also need the mgf file and the search parameters.

I have not gotten any e-mail with the WeTransfer information yet. Perhaps it 
got stuck in the spam filter. Could you try sending it again? Or use a 
different option like DropBox?

We can open your result file without any problems in the latest version of 
DeNovoGUI. 

Could you try updating to the latest version and see if that helps?
