Hi Herald, how should i interpret the differences in the values of median of intensity upon labeling in intensity variability plots, what information does the q3-q1 give, does higher median value indicate overall improved presence of fragment ions? can these values be compared directly, for modified and unmodified samples? please suggest.. Hi Bhanu,

These plots are standard box plots. Please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Box_plot for details on how to interpret them.

BTW, I found a way to export the data of the plots, but it does not seem to work for the box plots, so I'm looking into finding a different solution for these. Will take a bit more time though.
