T2D format #13

Hi, Somebody can tell me about a tool to convert t2d files to mgf format, or which is the right way to get this. I´ve tried with T2D2mzXML (T2d into mzXML) and proteowizard (mzXML intro mgf) but the resulting mgf files seem to be empty.

Hi, as far as I know is msconvert able to convert from t2d directly to mgf... Haven't tried it yet though and it seems to be less well supported: https://sourceforge.net/p/proteowizard/mailman/message/25773741/
