Some errors I encountered #23

Hi Thilo,

attached some errors I encountered while trying the two-step database search. Is there something I could improve with my setup or is it something with the MPA? Im running it on win10, 350 gb ram, java 8, build 1.8.0_201-b09, 64 bit. Cli command: java -jar -Xms344064M -Xmx344064M -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC mpa-portable-1.8.1.jar

Hi Oskar,

thank you for reporting. Could you maybe let me know what kind of data you were using? Also could you maybe upload a test data set for which MPA fails?
