Cannot launch application

Hello! I have downloaded the latest mpa and latest Java version however when launching the application I get an error message that this is not possible and the attached error message (see image). The same error appears when I attempt to use Peptide Shaker as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Anna capture

Hi if you like I can provide you an Ubuntu based version of the MPA and can help you to instrall it.

for errors with the portable version you have to ask Thilo Muth. He is the only one using it.

Hi if you prepare a computer with Ubuntu it is quit easy to install the MPA
