Snapshot of all changes since v0.2.2:

Large refactoring of codebase (not fully implemented yet)
Continuous integration with GitHub Actions
Implement rescoring with predicted retention times, using DeepLC
New X!Tandem pipeline
New generic PIN pipeline

Python wheels and source distribution (zipped to be uploaded here): ms2rescore-0.3.0.dev1.zip

Unzip and install with:
