The Copy to File options for the tables have to be reimplemented #35

Currently results in "Export not implemented" exceptions being thrown.

Look for the following tag:

Fixed in https://github.com/compomics/peptide-shaker/commit/3f937a809bb46cfa71c520a7a4c5de84417d02d0. Still room for improvement, but not really an issue anymore.
