Fix sorting of PSMs in the Spectrum IDs tab #56

The assumptions table in the Spectrum IDs tab is currently sorted incorrectly, should be sorted on confidence.

See populateIdResultsTable in eu.isas.peptideshaker.gui.tabpanels.SpectrumIdentificationPanel.
