Andromeda for linux #331

Hi, would it be possible to run Andromeda on linux through SearchGUI? I am interested in comparing the results between this search engine and the others available.

No, I'm afraid that Andromeda is only supported on Windows. There has been talk of a Linux version of Andromeda for a long time (as MaxQuant is supported on Linux after all), but we have yet to see any signs of a new standalone release of Andromeda.
