Modernizr #2

Perhaps rebuild Modernizr with the settings that Foundation uses?

Either that or use components/modernizr. We'll have to figure something out.

Reading up on this more, I think components/modernizr will work. I assumed Extras was not in the development version. I believe it is. I will do some more testing to make sure.
