Adds Recipes to DrupalInstaller.php #534

A new type of package has been added to Drupal 10.3+ called recipes.

Bumping for visibility; recipes are a fully supported feature in Drupal core now, so having Composer Installers support them as a first-class package type would allow folks to use them without needing to rely on oomphinc/composer-installers-extender and arcane configuration changes in composer.json. 🙏 🥺
