Is there a way to use the installer, but offline? I downloaded (using a different, internet connected machine obviously) versions.json and composer.phar and then placing them in the temp dir that the Setup Logs generated by the Installer indicated was being used and then hitting retry, but that doesn't work (as likely expected, although this would be a nice feature to make it easier for folks... if just a proper offline installer is not in the cards for whatever reason).
