PHP Sockets Error #1

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am trying to connect to a SIP2 on a different computer using the IP
address
2. I use the "responses.php" to test the connection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the message:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function socket_create() in
C:\Inetpub\opensource_selfcheck\includes\sip2.php on line 694

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0.4

It looks like your php installation does not have sockets enabled. The solution
may
be as simple as finding your php.ini file and removing semi-colon ';' on the
line
that includes the text 'sockets .dll' then restarting your web server. Let me
know if
you still have trouble.
