Use the generic bench-report package from streamly repo #20

Better reviewed commit by commit.

Actual changes in this review are much less than what it might appear. Mostly files in the lib directory are to be reviewed. Other changes are mostly repetitive.

Everything in the bench-report directory is just a copy of the same from streamly. So it need not be reviewed.
