The new dapp has been out for a while now, and we've also supported a V2 markets page on it. You can find it here: https://app.compound.finance/markets?market=1_Compound+V2_0x3d9819210A31b4961b30EF54bE2aeD79B9c9Cd3B
It's not easily discoverable for V2 users though, so this change adds a new external nav link to the new V2 markets page.
