Update palisade for wallet connect v2 #70

Updated compound-components git commit hash with support for wallet connect 2.0.

Pass in projectId to ports to initialize wallet connect.

i think this looks good, did we add the WALLET_CONNECT_PROJECT_ID to github secrets? if so may also be helpful to add to 1password and include in readme that it's needed to run

Already in secrets and 1password. Added a blurb to readme though 👍
