getting nothing in results simple identification of AS events #158

i tried generating AS events but I am getting nothing in output files except header information. I checked the input gtf assemblies they had proper values but still there nothing on output files

Could you share a sample of the GTF file you use as input and your command line? This problem is usually an issue with the format of the GTF or an incomplete command line. Thanks E.

hey there, I figured that out somehow as I am still not sure about. I will update whenever I will know how I did it. Btw can you please tell me how can I get transcript expression file for my samples. Thanks in advance.
