[Feature Request] Implement Email Sending #31

Overview

Add email sending functionality which can be used in multiple areas, for example, the contact us form, forgot password, verify email, etc.

Details

[x] Use Resend to handle sending emails
[x] Use React Email to format emails.
[ ] Update welcome email
[ ] Add complete payment email
[ ] Add images to S3 bucket
[ ] Add account related emails templates (password reset, etc)
[ ] Setup Resend for production

Why would this feature be useful?

Emails are required for multiple areas within the website, especially for account related components.
