This PR:

Significantly cuts down Console load times by de-duping data fetching
Fixes a few runtime bugs (I think, idk; I wrote this 8 months ago lol. One would hope)
More intuitively interacts with the Notion API (to the degree that's possible, anyway)
Converts the codebase to TypeScript

not really in the mood to refactor code that's getting stripped out for DEPLOY/24, so... LGTM !!
