  1. have every participant fill out a Tally form, manually match each submission and update Notion relations
    • pro: relatively more integrated with existing systems
    • con: undesirable hassle; needs to be locked until after participant registration closes
  2. Vercel Postgres / Radix combobox
    • pro: ergonomic & automated
    • con: additional technical overhead/deps; need to learn Postgres; further decoupled from existing systems
