Build requirements.txt for easy bootstrapping #1

Probably the easiest thing is for someone who hasn't got ALL OF THE python modules to pip freeze > requirements.txt

Not a huge deal now, but it could become one.

Alright there's now one in the ilwhack branch, does that cover everything?

The current one seems to include everything.
