Add 2021-2022 committee profiles to /team #203

Added a new 2021-2022.yml team data file, with the current committee listed. Images and links are not filled for those who had not previously uploaded photos. If any committee member wants a custom photo or link, please do so manually! :)

Also added my own photo in the same commit.

Tested locally with Docker, looks fine.
