Rename pivot cache table to civicrm_pivotreport_cache so that civi does not create a log table when logging is turned on.
The size of the log table is too big creating issues with the server. Reported at https://github.com/compucorp/uk.co.compucorp.civicrm.pivotreport/issues/120#issuecomment-672686788. Since this is a cache table, don't think we need to log it?
