IO-120: Default annual pro rata calculation to calculate by days #344

Overview

This PR is to change the default calculation of annual pro-rata calculation for fixed period membership type if the setting has not been configured.

Before

By months will be used as default for calculation if the setting does not set.

After

By days will be used as default for calculation if the setting does not set.
