• GDPR Mode: Somewhat anonymize player IPs in any outputs
• Added junction sides check: e.g. cars won't drive into each other on a lane change anymore
• Added EventHandler for SectorSplits
• Added switch for verbose logging
• Added error message for when time multiplier is 0 when trying to use dynamic traffic density
• Fixed automatic MaxAiTargetCount to support AI=Auto
• MandatorySecurityLevel anti-headache fix
