Fixed

Fixed #90. Added @babel/runtime-corejs3 and core-js@3 for transforming for Internet Explorer 11, by @compulim, in PR #93.

Added core-js@3 and @babel/transform-corejs3
Updated babel.*.config.json:
- Added @babel/preset-env/useBuiltIns: 'usage' to import core-js as needed
- Added @babel/plugin-transform-runtime to transform core-js imports into ponyfills (limiting pollutions)
- Added serve script to playground for easy testing production build
Added react-app-polyfill to playground to support Internet Explorer 11
