7 years ago But whenever I enter the BTC number into the Block Chain Info search it says "not used in network" and the Compuceeds I transferred from the Portal to the OL account have not shown up and its been over 48 hours since I have done that.

7 years ago Would it be possible to find out if the problem behind this issue has been discovered and is being acted upon. If so, what time frame is estimated to rectify these issues?
Does it potentially put a delay on when the Cash Out payment will be sent to my external wallet?

7 years ago I do not understand why this has been closed when none of the issues I have enquired about have been resolved?
The 5150 compuceeds I have transfered from my Portal account still are not in my OL account and my Cash Out request is still to show up on the Block Chain.
Can I please get some clarification as to what the actual situation is.

When doing my first Cash-Out request in the Portal account of unifictraders (Boyd Lancashire), due to difficulties with copy and pasting the BTC address from my exchanger wallet at Coin Jar, 2 extra digits were included in that BTC number, being: 157Se1wPhYG8bepjYyvyUt5nVFNmjnPNaa1B. This error was not picked up until after the request was made, causing the request to fail. Upon realising the error, additional funds were sent to the Portal account which were used to pay for the purchase of the Silver card, which was part of the withdrawal request requirements.
Once that was cleared, a second Cash-Out request was made using BTC #: 1CjqWebGNJiCiMJQCLBgGz8kYNHcpkVgEX, along with further Compuceeds being sent to my OL account, for further investment in Trade-Ceeds. To date, neither of these transactions have progressed any further than the Portal Transactions, Cash-Out reports page, which both transactions say they are "Completed".
I have contacted my RR regarding this situation and as a result have been directed to submit this report. Can I please have this investigated, so that my subsequent Cash-Out and Transfer requests are able to go through and payout as has been indicated they would.
