I have updated the state precomputation function so that we can also pass a pattern for selecting multiple files.
This means:
If you have a 3d volume (zarr file, hdf5 file OR image stack), use the key argument. For example to load a stack of tif images as 3d volume: key="*.tif".
If you have a folder with images that should be processed independently, then use the pattern argument. E.g. pattern="*.tif" to process all tif images in a folder independently.
I will look into the AMG/AIS state precomputation next.
