• Update based on IUC guidelines for submission to the stable toolshed

Changes made

• Travis automatic toolshed submission
• Flake8 PEP8 format update for python script
• Update of readme
• Versioning updated to single numbering for galaxy tool (e.g. v2.4.5+galaxy1)
• Single quotes used for bash param inputs
• Ensure quotes used for $tool directory
• Moved inchikeys out of test data
• Removed empty spaces
• 4 spaces used for indentation
• Only use known data types (e.g. msp not just text)
• Removed <\when>
• Updated ordering of param attributes to:
  • name
  • argument
  • type
  • format
  • min | truevalue
  • max | falsevalue
  • value | checked
  • optional
  • label
  • help
  • Added min and max where possible
  • Removed optional param when "false" - optional is false by default
  • User argument (gets rid of the dashes) - use more arguments where possible
  • Text validator - for letters and numbers where possible
  • Removed the label for output (was the same as default)
  • Unit test for every conditional (if possible)
  • Conditional tests use "" not "|"
  • Name .txt but but format as tabular
