I found the browser failed when I click the download link

This site can’t be reached
objects.githubusercontent.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Tied to download using wget will hang while

HTTP request sent, awaiting response...

Any suggestion? Using a proxy does not work.

Download using wget succeeded the next day
