@Tomnl I see mspurity_combineannotations isn't in the travis file and tests aren't passing locally, I guess you have a reason for this?

@simonbray - combineannotations should be on travis - I removed it for a while because it was taking too long to finish - this should be fixed now though

@Tomnl if you are happy with the travis file in the other repo, it could be also useful here.
