Updates for Bioconductor stable msPurity v1.12.0 release
Additional columns added for spectral matching (for msnpy use case)
Merge of v1.11.4-galaxy1 - includes update to IUC formatting (see tool review #28)
- Issue #22 addressed

I plan on pushing all the msPurity tools to the stable toolshed after I merge this pull request. Ready for potential integration (hopefully) into either W4M or use-galaxy metabolomics instances.

Let me know if would like me to clarify or update anything before the push to the stable toolshed!
