Fix sanitize with doc in README #177

The readme says to use --nbval-sanitize-with but it seems like the CLI flag is actually --sanitize-with. I updated the README to reflect this (the docs already are accurate).

It was actually changed to that about a year ago - PR #161 - but we haven't made a release since then.
