Check for updated boxes when new virtual machine is created. #42

Stops people running on old versions of Virtual Micromagnetics without knowing what they are doing.

Vagrant does warn the user if an updated box is available 1. Perhaps this is not such a priority, as it may cause people to update to a version that breaks backwards compatilibility in future.
