In order to service the worklist interface, grand challenge will be utilized as backend. The following steps are required to ensure this feature is functional:

[x] Implement WorklistSet acquisition / creation based on username or token
[x] Implement Worklist acquisition based on user
[x] Implement Study acquisition based on image
[x] Implement Patient acquisition based on image->study relation
[x] Implement thumbnail acquisition for sources
[x] Implement worklist creation
[x] Create button to insert a new worklist
[x] Drag and drop patients / studies / images to add them to a worklist
[x] Show a worklist that contains all available patients
