Order loading of tiles from center to periphery #178

Loading now starts in the lower-right corner on tiles which are not visible. I think ASAP may feel faster if loading starts from the center, more likely where the user wants to look.

This would require a substantial rework of the scheduling and I don't think I'll complete that in the near future, as such I'll close this for now
