Workflow automation section?

I'm opening this issue to discuss about where to include workflow automation (with Snakemake, Bash scripts, Nextflow, Make, etc).

Points to consider in the discussion:

• workflows can be very useful for personal research if the research project involves processing multiple samples and big data
• workflows can be used to share pipelines with collaborators (one generates the pipeline, other people run it, etc.)
• workflows can be provided as tools for users (community)
• it is a good practice to run manually a workflow before automating it to check every steps makes sense technically and biologically

Hi again! I've been thinking about our latest conversation about workflow automation, and now I'm not so sure we should remove it from the community section. It makes sense to include "reproducible workflows"; they are great tool to allow someone to reproduce the analyses in your paper.

I change the table in collaboration to point at tools to share workflows (like GitHub and WorkflowHub). I'm not sure what to do about Table 2 in Community.
